We deliver within the Netherlands only. Orders placed and paid on business days before 16:00 CET are shipped the same day with PostNL or, for large appliances, a specialist logistics partner. Below you'll find everything about delivery times, shipping costs, carrier methods and how to track your parcel.

Shipping methods and carriers

Standard parcels (< 23 kg) are sent with PostNL. Large appliances such as washing machines, fridges and microwaves are delivered by a specialist white-goods carrier (DPD Home or Brenger), including in-home delivery to the floor of your choice by appointment.

Processing and dispatch times

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 CET ship the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends or on national holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season) processing time may increase by 1 business day.

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days Delivery times are indicative and start from the moment of dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is always free, to every address within the Netherlands, regardless of order value. We never charge handling fees or surcharges. The price you see in the cart is the price you pay.

Large appliance delivery

For white goods and oversized parcels our carrier contacts you by phone or email to schedule a 2-hour delivery window. Standard delivery is ground-floor at your front door. On request and for a surcharge we offer: delivery to the floor of your choice, installation and removal of your old appliance (in line with the European WEEE directive).

Track & trace

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive a shipping confirmation by email with the track & trace link. You can follow the status 24/7 and — where PostNL allows — change the delivery moment.

Delivery attempts and not at home

PostNL attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is taken to a nearby PostNL point where you have 7 days to collect it. For white-goods deliveries a new appointment is scheduled.

Missing or damaged parcel

Has your parcel not arrived on the announced day? Please wait 1 business day — delays do occur. After that we are happy to help via info@woonnova.com. For visible transport damage: accept the shipment only under reservation and report the damage within 48 hours with photos.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands

We currently deliver within the Netherlands only. For destinations elsewhere please contact us for a custom quote.
